We are always open to accept special order artistic and authoring projects. Begin with an email received from the customer. It is best if you can send a good written description of what you need along with any sketches or drawings that explain the beginning idea. When the project is needed to be completed, is also needed. You can email us, using the flying E envelope above. One of the most helpful descriptive communication tools is if you see an example of work on our website that is similar to what you are looking for -- please refer to it.
I reply with an email to see if I am understanding who you are, and what it is you are requesting. If your answer is positive, we discuss monetary amounts and see if we are both wanting to continue.
We completely negotiate prices and time required -- along with delivery arrangements. Payment terms are 50 percent down, after approval of terms.
Before the start of actual production on any project we need to receive 50% payment and on larger projects payment terms are at 33% begin, 33% at midway, 34% at completion.
